What is "The Nights of Cassiopeia"?

It's a timeless escape. We offer you the chance to sleep in unusual accommodations designed for relaxation and comfort in the heart of nature.

Comfort and practicality

Is there electricity and Wi-Fi?

Electricity is available to charge your devices and light up your evening. Regarding Wi-Fi, we encourage "digital detox" to fully enjoy the sky, but 4G/5G coverage is generally very good on site.

How are the meals handled?

Breakfast is included in every booking. You can order packed lunches filled with local products. You can also bring your own food to your accommodation, which is equipped with a refrigerator. Don't forget your dishes!

Are pets allowed?

Yes, with pleasure! We believe the experience is even more wonderful when shared with your four-legged companions. Your pets are therefore welcome at Les Nuits de Cassiopée. Don't forget to select the "dog" option when making your reservation!

Weather & Cancellations

What happens if it rains or if the sky is overcast?

The experience remains magical! Our accommodations are perfectly watertight and insulated. Even if the sky isn't conducive to stargazing, the cozy atmosphere in the rain, surrounded by nature, offers a unique charm.

Is it cold at night?

Our accommodations are prepared to keep you warm. However, we still recommend bringing comfortable clothing and a sweater for when you're out observing wildlife.

Can I pay by ANCV check?

Quite ! You have the option of paying for your entire reservation by ANCV check (paper or connected) or paying the 30% deposit by credit card and the remainder by ANCV check on site.

If you decide to pay in full with your ANCV vouchers, you will need to call us so that we can make the reservation manually.

What are the payment terms?

• A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking via our secure platform.

• The remaining balance is payable on site, upon your arrival, by credit card or cash.

What are the cancellation conditions?

We apply sliding scale fees depending on the date of your cancellation:

• Up to 16 days before arrival: Free cancellation (0% fee).

• Between 15 and 11 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount is due (corresponding to your deposit).

• Between 10 and 5 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due.

• Less than 5 days before arrival (D-4 to D-0): The entire stay is due (100% of the amount).

In case of bad weather, we are not responsible for the weather!

What happens in case of no-show?

In case of no-show on the day, the entire stay will be charged and debited from the bank card given as a guarantee.

Preparing for my arrival

What are the arrival and departure times?

• Arrival: From 5pm.

• Departure: Until 10am the following morning.

What should I pack in my suitcase?

• Comfortable flip-flops to facilitate your movement in the jacuzzi and common areas (toilets, showers),

• A light jacket for cool evenings,

• A mosquito repellent spray,

• Your curiosity and your desire to dream!
